The Messianic Survey (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the www.themessianicsurvey.com website (the “Survey”).

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you complete the Survey. We are committed to protecting your personal information and respecting your privacy. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

By completing the Survey, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

 

Information Collection And Use

When designing and executing our research, it is our policy to take all necessary steps to ensure that personal information you provide is processed fairly and lawfully. The information you submit in the Survey will be collected and stored in a password-protected database, accessible only by us. Information we request in the Survey includes email address and physical location, as well as (optionally) name and location of congregation.

The Survey also collects information that your browser submits automatically, including  your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address and the date of your entry. This information is not retained by us unless you complete the Survey.

All Survey entries, including Personal Information, will be treated as confidential and will only be used for research purposes, with the exception of your email address as follows: Your email address is collected in the Survey for the purpose of identifying your Survey entry as unique; your email address will not be used to contact you unless you specifically opt to receive correspondence from us at the end of the Survey.

We do not sell, rent, or exchange any personal information supplied by you to any third party. Nor do we use any of the information you provide for direct marketing or other non-research activities.

 

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

 

Publishing of Survey Results

At the completion of this research project, the results of this Survey will be published in an aggregate depersonalized format that omits all Personal Information. While we may publish individual comments that are submitted in this Survey, your comments will not be identified as belonging to you, instead they will be combined with those gathered from other survey participants.

 

Children’s Privacy

Our Survey is not intended for or directed at anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we discover that a Children under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our servers immediately.

 

Changes To This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
